Surface Paste, Mixers ,Ports

Port setting paste bonds injection ports to the concrete surface and seals over the crack before injection. Choose by cure speed:

• 903 Paste — 3 to 4 Hour Cure — slow-setting, standard in NextStar DIY kits. Maximum working time for positioning ports. Ideal for DIY users.
• 901 Paste — 60 to 90 Minute Cure — medium-setting. Good balance of working time and speed for experienced DIY and contractors.
• 302 Paste — 45 to 75 Minute Cure — medium-fast. Contractor preferred for single-visit jobs.
• 455 Paste — 20 to 45 Minute Cure — fast-setting, short pot life. For experienced contractors only.
• 900 Paste — 20-Minute Fast-Set — ultra-fast for contractors completing injection in one visit.

All pastes available in 600ml dual cartridges. Compatible with all epoxy and polyurethane injection systems.

Surface ports bond to the crack face and accept auto-injectors, manual guns, or feed hoses. Choose by crack location:

• Standard Surface Port — for flat wall surfaces. Compatible with all low-pressure epoxy and polyurethane systems.
• Corner Port — angled for wall–floor joints, inside corners, and drilled-hole entry points.
• Extra Low-Profile Port — for tight or hidden locations where standard ports cannot protrude — behind walls, under flooring.
• Pound-In Port — hammer-in port for direct crack-face insertion. No surface bonding required — drive in and inject.

• Static Mixer Selector — find the correct mixer for your cartridge. Compatible with 300ml and 600ml dual cartridges including NextStar 102, E555, 10-Minute Mender, and most standard brands.
• 9-Pitch Retaining Nut — secures static mixers to TAH, Sulzer, Nordson, and standard dual-cartridge systems.
• Dual 300×300ml Cartridges — set of 5 with caps, retaining nuts, and pistons. For refilling standard dual-component systems.
• Crossover Back-Flow Restrictors — prevent cross-contamination between sides of dual-component cartridges. Cap and store partial cartridges without waste.

• Auto-Injector Capsules (40mL) — continuous 35–40 PSI for 24 hours, no pumping required. Included in NextStar DIY kits. Compatible with polyurethane foam and slow-setting epoxy.
• 75mL Spring-Driven Injector — heavy-duty spring-driven syringe for continuous low-pressure epoxy injection. Load, attach to port, spring pressure does the work.
• Feed Hose Assembly with Shutoff Valve — for hard-to-reach injection locations or extended hold time. Compatible with manual and pneumatic guns.
• 50ml Dual Handheld Dispenser — for MatchCrete Clear and 10-Minute Mender 50ml cartridges.
• NX300 Manual Applicator Gun — for 300×300ml and 150×300ml dual cartridges.
• NX600 Manual Applicator Gun — for 600ml × 600ml and 600ml × 300ml large cartridges.
