Carbon Fiber Stitches & Staples for Crack Repair

Pre-tensioned carbon fiber stitches and countersunk staples transfer stress across repaired cracks, extending structural integrity and preventing re-cracking after epoxy injection. Used on foundation walls, concrete floors, and pool decks.

When to Use Carbon Fiber vs Crack Injection

Use crack injection (epoxy or polyurethane) to seal the crack. Add carbon fiber straps or stitches where additional tensile reinforcement is required — bowing walls, recurring cracks, or walls under lateral soil pressure. Carbon fiber is not a substitute for injection on leaking cracks.

Less Intrusive Than Steel — Flush, Paintable Finish

Carbon fiber straps mount flush to the wall and become nearly invisible once painted — unlike bulky I-beams or steel tie-back systems that protrude into usable basement space or require heavy construction equipment.
