General Epoxy paste Description 1 hr set time
901 1:1 is a high modulus epoxy gel paste designed to anchor Surface Ports and general sealing. It is also ideal for surface sealing of cracks prior to injection. It can also be used for bonding miscellaneous materials to concrete where a fast cure is required. NextStar 901 1 1 is moisture-insensitive and will cure in damp environments.
In addition to normal packaging, 901 1:1 can be supplied in dual-component, Tube sets, or 8-oz jars.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
A perfect Epoxy Paste for setting in place low-pressure injection ports and since it has a 1hr set time it is easy for the novice user.
As with any epoxy adhesive, surface preparation is critical. Concrete surfaces should be clean and dry. All loose or unsound material must be removed. If patching, the outer perimeter of the spall should be saw cut or chipped to near vertical. Surfaces should be dry and dust-free to ensure a superior bond. 901 paste 1:1 will cure in the presence of moisture although application onto wet surfaces is not recommended.
Mixing
Mixing is accomplished by dispensing smaller amounts onto a disposable surface like a paper plate or cardboard. Stir by hand with a putty knife or wood stick until it is a solid grey color . Use immediately after mixing, Mixing by hand is the best method, pre-warming the epoxy will speed setup and cure to one hour approximately.
CLEAN UP
Use M.E.K. Xylene, or any other solvent. Clean equipment immediately after use.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This product may cause skin irritation. Always wear protective clothing. Wash the contaminated area with soap and water first. Solvents may damage other surfaces, so proceed with caution. In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes; immediately see a physician.
