I had a repair job needing 10 straps on a poured basement walls 3 sides after we injected epoxy into some cracks. Went quite fast with two guys it took longer to grind the concrete than it did to apply epoxy and carbon. The epoxy thou takes a few days to harden other than that very satisfied.No surprises so a 4.5 or 5 . Shawn D Edmonton AB (Contractor) name removed
